Place of Performance:
This requirement is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 333415. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures) and FAR Subpart 12.6 for commercial products.
The contractor shall provide all equipment, delivery, removal of existing unit, and installation of the new chiller system as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
A site visit will be conducted prior to quote submission. See solicitation for details.
The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to the vendor whose quotation represents the best value considering technical capability, energy efficiency/environmental characteristics, and price.
All quotation requirements, instructions, terms, and conditions are contained in the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (COMBO) and associated attachments. Vendors are responsible for reviewing the COMBO in its entirety. In the event of any discrepancy, the COMBO document shall take precedence over this synopsis.
