This solicitation serves as a re-bid for the remainder of the term of the standing offer (to 31 December 2025).

Public Services and Procurement Canada, on behalf of the Department of National Defence and Coast Guard Canada, has a requirement for the supply of miscellaneous groceries on an as and when requested basis. A Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) will be awarded for a one year period to supply and deliver miscellaneous grocery items to delivery zones in St. John's, NL. See solicitation document for more detailed descriptions of the delivery zones and locations. Delivery will be required for both static kitchens, as well as DND and CCG vessels.

A maximum of two standing offers will be awarded to the bidder providing the lowest priced compliant bid, on a line by line evaluation.
