Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 502 N. 4th St., P.O.
Box 83720, Boise, Idaho 83720-0072 until 9:00 a.m. local time, on Thursday, April 30, 2026 for DPW
Project 25064 EBCRC Restroom Remodel, Idaho Department of Correction, Boise, Idaho.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include the remodel of six separate restrooms
serving the residents. The scope of work will include new flooring, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, associated
accessories, and supplemental room ventilation.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, beginning at 2:00 p.m., prevailing local
time, at 2366 Old Penitentiary Road, Boise, Idaho. Bidders are encouraged to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and
electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $100.00. Others may
obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
Estimated Cost: $560,397.00
