EB Campbell GSUT Firewalls and Window Repl

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Power Corporation (“SaskPower”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of EB Campbell GSUT Firewalls, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “ Work”).

SaskPower is a Saskatchewan Crown Corporation continued under The Power Corporation Act (Saskatchewan). It is principally responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity for most of Saskatchewan.

The E.B. Campbell Hydroelectric Station (EBC) is a hydroelectric generating facility consisting of eight unit(s) ranging in capacity from 34 megawatts to 42 megawatts. It has four Generator Step-Up Transformer (GSUT) units.

The Contract is to provide all necessary services, labour, equipment, tools and materials for demolition of the existing plant south window panels, to design, supply, and install fire barrier systems and fire-rated wall panel systems with associated foundation and / or framing system at EBC. In addition, the Contract includes structural upgrades to the existing GSUT fire walls, applying fire protection coatings, miscellaneous safety and accessibility upgrades, provide grounding for identified work, and associated works as per the technical specifications and drawings.
