Eastside Hangar Development

The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is accepting formal, sealed proposals from qualified applicants for the construction of two hangars on the parcel of land currently occupied by the "Open T-Hangar" and "Fuel Farm" located at the Bentonville Municipal Airport at 2510 SW AVIATION ST in Bentonville, Arkansas. This project aims to enhance the airport's infrastructure and accommodate growing aviation needs for the City of Bentonville. The awarded Proposer will be required to execute an appropriate agreement to lease and develop the parcel, with a term and cost to be agreed upon with the City and commensurate with the proposed level of investment in the parcel and the nature of the proposed aeronautical activities. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities.
