Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the City of St. Joseph, Missouri, at the office of the Purchasing Agent on the second floor of City Hall, 1100 Frederick Ave., Room 201, St. Joseph, Missouri 64501 until 3:30 P.M., October 29, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The work will generally consist of installation of water mains, fire hydrants, sanitary sewer mains, a sanitary sewer pump station and associated sanitary sewer force main, storm sewer improvements, including storm pipe, inlets, and earthwork for stormwater detention basins.

There will be a mandatory prebid conference held at 10:00 AM on October 15, 2024, in the 1st floor conference room of City Hall, 1100 Frederick Avenue, St. Joseph, MO.

Copies of the Bidding Documents will be available on Monday, October 7, 2024, and may be obtained from the Purchasing Division at the address shown above or by calling 816-271-5330.

Complete Set of Bidding Documents will require a charge of $25.00.

Please pay close attention to State Prevailing Wage Determination and OSHA Safety Training requirement per R.S.Mo 292.675
