Description
Project Description: The work to be performed under this Contract consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, labor and supervision required for Easton Road (SR 0611) and Edison Road/Edison-Furlong Road (SR 2079) Traffic Signal Improvements as shown on the Contract Drawings and specified herein. Modifications include but are not limited to; installation of traffic signal supports and mast arms, controller modification, emergency pre-emption, video detection, signal heads, pedestrian signals and push buttons, signs, wiring, conduit, ADA ramp; maintenance and protection of traffic; and all necessary appurtenant work and materials required to complete the work indicated. The successful Contractor must comply with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination as indicated in the Contract Documents and must be PENNDOT pre-qualified. All contractors must be pre-qualified with PennDOT in accordance with section 102.01 of PennDOT Publication 408, latest edition.
