Description

The City of Houston Public Works (City) is seeking Proposers to provide Construction Manager-At-Risk (CMAR) services for the construction of a new Plant 4 that will expand finished water production at the existing East Water Purification Plant (EWPP) by 360 million gallons per day (mgd). The project, designated Project 1, will be constructed at 2300 Federal Road, Houston Texas 77015 and is further described in Attachment A.2 – Design Criteria Package .
