Bid Description:
The City of Burlington (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms for construction services
relating to the proposed East Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Control Building Interior
Renovations. Qualified firms will possess technical expertise, management and staffing
capabilities, references, and related prior experience to complete the projects described in this
Request for Price Quotations (“RFPQ”). Responding firms will also be required to demonstrate
professional services which include, but are not limited to; construction of similar interior building
renovations including electrical, mechanical/HVAC coordination and general workspace fit-up.
