The Tampa-Hillsborough County Expressway Authority (THEA) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified firms to provide all the permits, labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, supplies, insurance, incidentals, mobilization and demobilization necessary to perform remediation of the current THEA – East Toll Plaza buildings.
