East Street Water & Sewer Improvements

The Town of Amherst invites sealed bids for the East Street Common water & sewer improvements and associated work.   Invitation for Bids may be obtained online at www.amherstma.gov/bids .

Bids shall be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. on March 6, 2025, to the Town of Amherst’s Accountant’s Office

where the bids will be publicly opened and recorded at that time.

An optional Pre-Bid conference will be held on February 25, 2025 at 10:00am at the East Street School, 31 South

East Street in Amherst.  All bidders are invited to attend.

The Town of Amherst reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part, and to waive informalities, when at its sole discretion is deemed to be in the best interests of the Town and to the extent permitted by law.
