Sealed Bids for the construction of the East Side Pedestrian Improvements project will be received by City of Garden City in person and by mail at the City Administrative Center to “Engineering Services”; 301 N. 8th Street, PO Box 998, Garden City, KS 67846 and electronically at https://www.wilsoncoplanroom.com until 3:00 P.M. local time on Wednesday, November 19, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and via a virtual bid opening hosted as a web meeting and conference call.
