East 53rd Street & Utica Ridge Road Intersection Improvements

The City of Davenport is accepting bids for the East 53rd Street & Utica Ridge Road Intersection Improvements project.  The proposed improvements include, but are not limited to, the furnishing of all labor and materials for the removal of the PCC roadway as required to allow for the intersection widening as shown on the construction plans, full depth aggregate stone base material, geo fabric / grid materials if needed, reconstruction of portions of the roadway with a PCC rigid pavement section, replacement and reconfiguration of portions of traffic signal equipment, storm sewer replacement, reset all existing utility surface features to finish grade, replacement of the adjacent entrances, reconstruction of sidewalk at the intersections including ADA ramp construction, topsoil and seeding, and erosion control.

Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted.  Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
