East Lyme Town Hall ADA Accessibility Modifications

Sealed bids will be received at the East Lyme Town Hall @ 108 Pennsylvania Ave., Niantic, CT until 2:00 pm on Tuesday February 25, 2025 and will be publicly opened and read at that time. This bid advertisement consists of the construction of an ADA accessible ramp, ADA accessible parking spaces, a platform lift, and public restrooms for ADA accessibility at the Town Hall. Bid Instructions, Contract, Technical Specs and Plans along with the Bid Form can be obtained herein or from the Town's website at eltownhall.com. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the site on Monday February 10, 2025 at 10 am to examine the site and ask any questions that the bidders may have. The building is open from the hours of 8 am to 5 pm for additional viewing of the site prior to the bid opening. Any questions not asked at the pre-bid meeting should be emailed to AKlose@eltownhall.com by 4 pm on Tuesday February 18, 2025 to be included in addendum notification to be sent to all prospective bidders.
