East Lyme Town Hall ADA Accessibility Modifications
Sealed bids will be received at the East Lyme Town Hall at 108 Pennsylvania Ave, Niantic, CT until 2:00PM on Tuesday February 25, 2025 and will be publicly opened and read at that time. This bid advertisement consists of the construction of an ADA accessible ramp, ADA accessible parking spaces, a platform lift, and public restrooms for ADA accessibility at the Town Hall. Bid Instructions, Contract, Technical Specs and Plans along with the Bid Form can be found here . There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the site on Monday February 10, 2025 at 10:00AM to examine the site and ask any questions that the bidders may have. The building is open from the hours of 8:00AM to 5:00PM for additional viewing of the site prior to the bid opening. Any questions not asked at the pre-bid meeting should be emailed to aklose@eltownhall.com by 4:00PM on Tuesday February 18, 2025 to be included in addendum notification to be sent to all prospective bidders.
