Project Description: Tohopekaliga Water Authority (“Toho”), an independent special district established pursuant to Chapter 189, Florida Statutes, by special act of the Florida Legislature, hereby issues this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) from qualified construction firms with the experience to rehabilitate an existing lift station (the “Project”).
