1. Project Overview

The City of Houston seeks qualified contractors to provide cleanup and maintenance services for esplanades and right-of-ways in the Settegast and East Houston neighborhoods. This project aims to address illegal dumping issues and improve the aesthetic and environmental conditions of the specified areas. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and other resources necessary to perform the services outlined in this scope of work.

3.1 Initial Cleanup

3.1.1 The contractor shall conduct a comprehensive initial cleanup of all designated areas within the first 14 calendar days of contract execution.

4.1 The Contractor shall provide a bid per labor hour for all categories listed.

If awarded, vendor must provide certificate of insurance with City of Houston as additional insured and complete drug policy form. Required for vendors working on City property.
