East High School - Bleacher and Locker-Room Renovation RFQ

Request for Qualification (RFQ) Advertisement
The West Chester Area School District, Chester County, Pennsylvania, soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified professional firms to provide planning, design, engineering, and construction-phase support services for the renovation and improvement of the Bleacher and Locker Room Renovation project (“Project”) at West Chester East High School (“East”), 450 Ellis Lane, West Chester, PA. The work is to include but may not be limited to bleachers, press boxes, locker rooms, concession, restrooms, and related site amenities.
A Letter of Interest is to be emailed to Damon Gonzaga at dgonzaga@wcasd.net with the subject “RFQ Letter of Interest for Professional Services – Bleacher and Locker Room Renovation – [Firm Name]”. The Letter of Interest must include the firm’s name and contact information. In the event that an addendum is issued, it will only be sent to the firms that have submitted a Letter of Interest to the District.
The Letter of Interest is to be emailed to Damon Gonzaga – dgonzaga@wcasd.net no later than Monday, March 16, 2026, at 4:00 PM.
Questions must be submitted in writing to Damon Gonzaga – dgonzaga@wcasd.net and copied to Michelle McCloy – mmccloy@wcasd.net, by Monday, March 23, 2026, 11:00 AM. Questions will be answered via addendum.
All emails with questions will receive an acknowledgement of their email from the District.

• The cover of the envelope must include clearly “RFQ Professional Services – East HS Bleacher and Locker-Room Renovation – [Firm Name]”.
• A flash drive with a complete PDF of the SOQ must be included with three (3) paper copies.
• Late submissions will not be accepted. The District is not responsible for delivery delays.

The School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids for any or no reason, to waive informalities and irregularities, and to make or not make awards in the best interest of the West Chester Area School District.
