NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for the following public works contract will be received by the Senior Purchsing Agent of the Town of East Hampton, at the Purchasing Department Office, 159 Pantigo Road, East Hampton, New York, no later than 3:00 p.m. prevailing time on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud:

East Hampton Airport – New Generator

All bidders are strongly urged to attend a pre-bid meeting, for EH26-017 on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 11:00 a.m.  The meeting will be held on site, located at 173 Daniels Hole, Wainscott, New York

The Town of East Hampton reserves the right to reject and declare invalid any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received, all in the best interests of the Town.

Each proposal must be submitted on the forms provided in the bid package, in a sealed envelope with the name of the bidder, and the bid name marked clearly on the outside of the envelope. A  10% bid deposit and a Certificate of Non-Collusion must accompany all bid submissions.
