East Gym Renovation - A/V Equipment

Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor to furnish and install the audio-visual equipment for the East Gym Renovation Project. This is a 2-phase project. Phase 1: Fit space 106 expansion. Work on all AV systems for rooms 101 and 106 are scheduled to start December 15, 2025, with a substantial completion date of January 19, 2026. Phase 2: Work on all remaining rooms (and 102 Fit Space expansion) is scheduled to start May 19, 2026, and be substantially complete on July 30, 2026.

Prospective Bidders must purchase a bid set from nyplanroom.com to be considered a responsible bidder, even if the bidding documents were viewed or obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website and registered bidders will be updated periodically with addenda, list of registered plan holders, reports and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the project. All other official notification, addenda and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner or Engineer will be responsible for bidding documents, including addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
