East Cooley Sidewalk and Roadway Improvements RE-BID

The City of Show Low is extending an invitation for bids for the East Cooley Sidewalk and Roadway Improvements RE-BID, City of Show Low Project No. R-3323-C in the City of Show Low. The work includes removing the concrete island parallel parking to establish a wider 2-lane roadway, installing ADA sidewalk ramps, and necessary drainage for the improvements. The work includes all required labor, material, incidentals, transportation, traffic control, and services required for the project to complete a usable and operable facility in accordance with all pertinent codes and regulations as necessary to complete the job in a workmanlike manner as shown on the Construction and Bid Documents. This work shall take place within the right-of-way along East Cooley between North 11 ^th Street and White Mountain Road in Show Low.

Sealed Bids will be received by the City Engineer, City of Show Low, 180 N. 9 ^th Street, Show Low, AZ 85901 until Tuesday, September 12 ^th , 2023 at 2:00 PM with a Public Bid Opening immediately following. The City of Show Low reserves the right to modify the Scope of Work and to reject any and all bids not deemed in the best interest of the City. A pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday August 30 ^th , 2023 at 2:00 PM at City Hall, 180 N. 9 ^th Street, Show Low, AZ.

Contract Documents and Bid Instructions may be obtained from the City of Show Low City Hall Administrative Assistant at $20.00 per set, non-refundable. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope. The outside lower right-hand corner of the envelope shall be marked:
