East Capitol Ave and 320 E Miller Redevelopment

Project Description: The City of Jefferson is seeking proposals for the redevelopment of four (4) parcels of real estate located at East Capitol Avenue neighborhood and one parcel located at 320 E Miller Street in Jefferson City, Missouri. The parcels are vacant lots except for 212 Jackson Street, which currently has a structure on the property but due to the conditions of the property, the City will be taking bids to demolish the structure. The properties were acquired by the exercise of eminent domain, either by the Housing Authority of Jefferson City and subsequently transferred to the City of Jefferson or directly by the City of Jefferson.
The parcels include: 517-519 E Capitol, 528 E Capitol, 209 Jackson, 212 Jackson, and 320 E Miller.
