Project Description: This Contract provides for the demolition and removal of a single-family one-story home including a 1816 SF (square feet) main floor, 616 SF attached covered carport, 320 SF attached covered outdoor kitchen, 140 SF storage area, 25 SF wooden booth, 110 SF metal shed and 85 SF wooden shed. Work shall include demolition and removal of all foundation concrete, concrete paving surrounding home, and removal of all shrubs within 10 feet of structures and as directed by Owner, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
