Description:
Scope of work includes removal of the existing aggregate surfaced built-up roof system down to the existing roof deck at the facility. Roof replacement includes roof deck repairs, insulation system, and two-ply modified bitumen roof system. Associated sheet metal components and accessories are included.
Pre-Bid Information:
A mandatory pre bid conference for all bidders will be held at East Aiken School of of the Arts located at 223 Old Wagener Road, Aiken, SC 29801 on June 2, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Prospective bidders are required to attend. Bid date will be June 17, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Aiken County Public Schools Operation Center-Facilities Construction, 61 Given Street, Aiken, SC 29805.
