Easement Acquisition Firms

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

The Board of Trustees of the Northwestern Water and Sewer District will receive Statements of Qualifications from interested easement acquisition firms for services related to the negotiations in procuring easements for waterline and sewer projects. Assistance in correspondence, public meetings attendance, appraisals, valuation and preparation of exhibits and agreements may also be necessary. Statements will be received until 4:00 p.m., local time, on Friday, January 23, 2026. Firms interested in being considered for contracts should submit a Statement of Qualifications, which should include information regarding the firm’s competence to perform the above-mentioned services. Statements should also include information relative to the firm’s experience in easement acquisition related services workload and availability of qualified personnel, equipment and facilities to perform the required services competently and expeditiously; and past performance of the firm as reflected by the evaluations of previous clients with respect to such factors as control of costs, quality of work, and meeting deadlines. Statements shall also address the firm’s familiarity with the District, including previous experience with the District and other public agencies in Northwest, Ohio.
