Early Childhood Learning Center Operator

Project Description: East Savannah United (ESU) is accepting proposals in response to this Request for Proposal to find a qualified child care center operator that can provide sustainable high-quality childcare services for young children and their families, with priority and preference given to families that live within the East Savannah service area. The East Savannah United Early Childhood Learning Center (ECLC) will offer quality childcare services to approximately 144 children from 6 weeks through three years of age. This RFP seeks to identify potential providers for the above-mentioned services. All respondents to this RFP are subject to instructions communicated in this document and are cautioned to completely review the entire RFP and follow instructions carefully. Chatham County/ESU reserves the right to reject any or all RFP’s and to waive technicalities and informalities at the discretion of Chatham County/ESU.
