ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids for the construction of the Brinkley HWY. 70 Sidewalk will be received by City of Brinkley at the office of the Brinkley City Hall, 233 West Cedar Street, Brinkley Arkansas 72021 until 2:00 local time on November 6, 2025 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of constructing 5,100 linear feet of five feet wide sidewalk.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis.
The City of Brinkley hereby notifies all bidders that this contract is subject to applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws and other federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Acts of 1938. The Work Hours Act of 1962 and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 also apply.
Build America, Buy America provisions apply to this project.

The Issuing Office representative during bidding for this project is John Metrailer, P.E., 501-221-7122. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents as described below.
Bid and Contract Forms, Plans, Specifications, and other contract documents may be examined at PMI, 3512 South Shackelford Road, Little Rock, Arkansas 72205 and online at www.questcdn.com . All prime bidders are required to be registered on the Plan Holders List by purchasing and downloading the bid documents from the online plan room.
