Description
Project Description: Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU or University) seeks to establish a Master Services Agreement (MSA) with an experienced and qualified Property Management Company to provide comprehensive, full-service property management for the University’s employee rental community, Eagle View Villages. Services to be provided under the MSA shall include, but are not limited to, general property management, and leasing, tenant relations, financial management, and reporting.
