Summary
The Jersey City Public School District is seeking proposals from certified electronics recyclers to manage the disposition of our surplus technology equipment.
We require a single vendor to manage the entire process: pick up the equipment from our facility, securely erase or physically destroy all data storage devices, process the hardware for recycling, and evaluate items for potential resale value. A complete list of our inventory is provided in the attachment.
The selected vendor must provide a full-service solution. This includes on-site pickup and transport, drive sanitization compliant with industry security standards, official certificates of data destruction and recycling, and a clear net financial settlement combining any asset credit with service fees.
