1100 E 400 S Signal

Project Description: Notice is hereby given that SPRINGVILLE CITY INCORPORATED (OWNER) will accept bids for the construction of the 1100 E 400 S Signal project according to the Drawings and Specifications and in accordance with the Springville City Standard Specifications and Drawings Manual, and described in general as:
Install intersection improvements at the intersection of 1100 E and 400 S and 4 traffic signals at each leg of the intersection. This work will include but is not limited to installing 2
new ADA ramps and replacing 1 existing ADA ramp, removing and replacing approximately 145 SF of existing sidewalk, removing and replacing approximately 38 LF of curb and gutter, removing and replacing approximately 114 SF of existing asphalt, and installing new stripping for crosswalks, center lines, stop bars, etc.
Bids will be accepted by the OWNER on-line through: https://utah.bonfirehub.com until 2:00 PM (local time) on Friday, December 19, 2025. The OWNER will then make the decision of award and contact the individual bidders with the decision on or after Wednesday, January 7, 2026.
CONTRACT DOCUMENTS to be executed by the winning CONTRACTOR may be obtained on or after the date of the bid award at the Springville City Offices, upstairs in the Community Development Office. These CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will include an agreement to be signed by both the CONTRACTOR and the OWNER prior to any work commencing. A PAYMENT BOND and PERFORMANCE BOND will be required by the winning CONTRACTOR and all necessary forms are also included in the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
