Bid to start opening promptly at 2:30 pm. Any bids received after this date and time will not be accepted.
Vendors shall be responsible for checking the web periodically to make sure they download the proper Addendums, etc.
NO EMAILED OR FAXED RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR MANUAL SUBMITTALS. Must be in a sealed envelope and mailed/delivered to the Purchasing Department on or before the closing date/time.
