E-RATE ON-PREMISE CENTRALIZED DHCP/DNS/IPAM (DDI) SOLUTION

Project Description: The District is seeking bid proposals from qualified vendors for the procurement of an on-premise, centralized DHCP/DNS/IPAM (DDI) Solution which meets the technical, security and business requirements. The solution must provide full featured DHCP and DNS functionality, with IP Address Management, offering centralized analytics and real time reporting, while meeting the most current and robust security standards. The District seeks a three (3) year licensing term for DDI with annual payments with an option to renew for up to five (5) years at the District’s discretion.
The District also seeks acquisition of professional services and Project Management to implement the solution for the District. To be considered responsive, vendors must submit a complete bid that substantially satisfies all requirements as stated in this RFP.
