Questions must be submitted online to the Questions and Bid submission site on or before Monday, March 2,
2026, by 2:00 PM CST.
The deadline for submission of proposals online is 2:00 P.M. CST, Monday, March 23, 2026, no later than 2:00 PM
CST.
It is the responsibility of the submitting entity to ensure that the proposal is received in a timely manner.
Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered for award, regardless of whether the delay was
outside the control of the submitting firm. The Claiborne Co School District reserves the right to reject any and/or
all proposals and to make awards as they may appear to be advantageous to the district and to waive all
formalities with respect thereto.
