Project Description: Project work consists of rehabilitation of the existing E.P. Foster Library south building, including installation of a new HVAC system, new electrical transformer and main switchboard upgrades, elevator modernization, reconfiguration of the first-floor public restroom, upgrades to the first-floor library area, renovation of the second-floor restrooms and staff lounge, replacement of windows and storefront systems, flooring and lighting replacement, re-roofing, and interior and exterior painting.
