The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 17 Contracting Office intends to release a Brand Name or Equal commercial solicitation for South Texas Healthy Teaching Kitchen (HTK) Audio Visual Equipment for an authorized distributor for the supply and delivery of products identified in the Statement of Work (SOW). A site visit will be held on Friday, November 22nd, 2024, at 14:00 Central Time (CDT) for South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS) Nutrition and Food Service located at 7400 Merton Minter St, Rm H001.4, San Antonio, TX 78229-4404. All other contract details including full specifications will be included in the Request for Quotes, which will be released on or about November 18th, 2024. Technical questions shall be accepted by the Government in writing via email only no later than Monday, November 25th, 2024, at 14:00 CDT. Offeror shall submit offers by Due Date/Time as specified in Block 14 of Standard Form (SF) 30 of the solicitation amendment to Erika Taylor, Contract Specialist at erika.taylor@va.gov with RFQ 36C25725Q0079 HTK Audio Visual Equipment in subject line. This RFQ is a 100% Small Business set aside. Offeror shall be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov at the time of offer and award. SDVOSB/VOSB offerors must be registered in SBA certification database at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov. All unverified SDVOSB/VOSB offerors will not be evaluated as such.
All Responses shall:
Include a quote and signed SF 1449 and SF 30;
Include three (3) past performance references for this type of requirement performed in the last 36 months.
Identify business size;
Include equipment delivery date after Award;
