Description
The E. Georgia Street drainage improvements consist of the following scope:
* Demolition and removal of an existing grate inlet structure and 18in cross drain pipe.
* Construction of a new masonry box with a GDOT 1019A drop inlet.
* Saw cut existing curb to obtain a clean edge and pour a new transition to tie curb into the inlet
* Installation of a new 18¿ HDPE pipe underneath Georgia Street (approx. 30 LF)
* Installation of a new HDPE Flared End Section (FES)
* Cleaning out of the tail ditch for approximately 25 LF beyond the end of the FES
* Contractor to coordinate installation to avoid existing Town water main.
