ALL Bidders for the following package should note, the bid due date has been POSTPONED for bid package # 2.6.2 Architectural Woodwork, 2.7.1 Roofing, 2.9.2 Tile, 2.28.2 Fire Alarm. The new bid due date for the listed bid packages is Monday, March 03, 2025 at 2:00pm. As a reminder, ALL Bidders are to provide one original and one copy of bids at the main office of Downes Construction Company located at 200 Stanley Street, New Britain, CT 06051.

Downes Construction Company, LLC acting as Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) will receive sealed bid proposals in Duplicate on behalf of the Hartford School Building Committee at the Office of Downes Construction, located 200 Stanley Street New Britain, CT 06051 until 2:00 PM EST on March 3, 2025 for the individual bid packages identified in the Contract Documents and as indicated below for the E.B. Kennelly School at 180 White Street, Hartford, CT. 06114
