Project Description: This solicitation is to establish a contract for services and equipment for full matrix, amber and full color, Light Emitting Diode (LED) Dynamic Message Signs (DMS), Variable Speed Limit (VSL) Signs, Lane Management System (LMS) signs, and Training regarding all Signs.
