Description

The 325th Contracting Squadron at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida, is seeking quotes for the requirement of one (1) Dynamic Friction Tester in support of the Air Force Civil Engineering Center. The required analyzer system shall provide a single, Dynamic IAW the Salient Characteristics. This acquisition is being conducted as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334519. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 6680, Interested vendors shall submit a quote demonstrating compliance with all solicitation requirements, including pricing, estimated delivery lead time, and any supporting technical literature necessary to evaluate compliance with the requirement. See attached Solicitation and Salient Characteristics. Offer Submission Deadline: 24 August 2026 at 12:00 PM CDT. Questions Deadline: All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing via email no later than 17 August 2026 at 12:00 PM CDT. Submit all questions to A1C Xzabia Kolpack at xzabia.kolpack@us.af.mil and 1st Lt Brice O?Hara at briceohara.1@us.af.mil. Answers to all questions will be posted via an amendment to SAM.gov. All offers must be submitted via the PIEE Solicitation Module. Incomplete and/or late offers will not be considered for evaluation.
