Summary It is the intent of these plans and specifications to provide for a contractor who shall provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to perform in a professional manner for the DWSRF Contract 3 Richland Township Water Main Extension Project FY 25 as described in the specifications and bid document.

This contract includes, but is not limited to: All work as shown on the plans and described in the specifications for the installation of water main in public right of way in the City of Kalamazoo and Richland Township. Work also includes installation of copper service lines, in-home connections, and existing well abandonment.
