​​​​​​ This Invitation to Bid (ITB) seeks to retain a Contractor to provide uniformed armed and unarmed guards, according to these specifications, for the Department of Veterans Services veteran homes at located in Sandusky and Georgetown Ohio. The Agency currently does not use guard services at the Sandusky location due to a low census, however the Agency is actively working on increasing the census to the point that guard services will be needed. As such bidders should be aware that even if awarded a Contract for the Sandusky location those services may not be utilized until they are needed by the Agency.
