DVS Conference Presenter

The Department of Public Safety’s Driver and Vehicle Services division (“DVS”) requests proposals from Responders to present at a two-day conference for DVS employees on relevant professional development topics designed to align with organizational goals, engage the audience, and motivate employees while demonstrating how to recognize and appreciate the workforce. The conference will be held on June 17, 2025, and June 24, 2025, at the Heritage Center of Brooklyn Center located at 6155 Earle Brown Drive, Brooklyn Center, Minnesota 55430. The conference occasion will serve as an opportunity for statewide DVS staff to engage in relevant training and professional development activities to enhance their daily work. Presentation topics, at minimum, should include the following: leadership, professionalism, customer service, being servant leaders, and self-care.
