The State of Ohio – Department of Public Safety is soliciting MBE suppliers for the renewal of

Start Date: 01/05/2025 - 01/04/2026

Quoted price must valid for 60 days.

Supplier Document Grid requires an attached Quote from your active/current State Contract (if applicable), description and the associated price on the quote. Completion of the grid is required and will be considered the response for evaluation.

Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible quote.

DPS may execute a written contract with the awarded supplier.

AUTHORIZED DEALER STATEMENT: Bidders responding to this bid must be an authorized dealer or manufacturer of the products they are bidding. Bidders should submit a letter with their bid response certifying that they are the manufacturer or an authorized dealer of the manufacturer of the products being bid. This certification must be on the manufacturer's letterhead and must be signed by a duly authorized manufacturer's representative.  The bidder will be required to provide said certification letter within five (5) business days, after notification, to the Ohio Department of Public Safety, if not submitted with the bid response. Failure to submit the certification letter within the stated time period will result in the bid response being deemed as non-responsive.
