Description

The City of Greenville is seeking qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the installation of new trees along Duvall Drive in accordance with the approved planting plan, industry standards, and specifications. The project will include the installation of a total of 229 trees, consisting of 66 canopy trees and 163 understory trees.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. EST, September 29, 2025. Please meet at the intersection of Parkins Lake Road and Duvall Drive. Parking is recommended off the shoulder(s) close to the intersection.

Bids will be received until 2:00 P.M. ET, October 9, 2025. Promptly thereafter, via Microsoft Teams teleconference, all bids that have been duly received will be opened and read aloud. The deadline for questions is 2:00 p.m., October 2, 2025.
