| Description: | The City of Campbell is pleased to be issuing a request for proposals (RFP) to prepare a transportation analysis (TA) for the proposed development (PLN-2026-34) located at 770 West Hamilton Avenue. The application is for a Conditional Use Permit with Site and Architectural Review to demolish an existing 7,480-square-foot building (formerly a Social Security Administration Office) and replace it with a 1,025 sq. ft. quick service café (d.b.a. Dutch Brothers) operating from 5 AM to 11 PM daily with a two-lane drive-through. The proposed café will have no seating. For convenience, the project site plan and various sheets from the current plan set are attached to this RFP. |
