The application is for a Conditional Use Permit with Site and Architectural Review to demolish an existing 7,480-square-foot building (formerly a Social Security Administration Office) and replace it with a 1,025 sq. ft. quick service café (d.b.a. Dutch Brothers) operating from 5 AM to 11 PM daily with a two-lane drive-through. The proposed café will have no seating. For convenience, the project site plan and various sheets from the current plan set are attached to this RFP. |
