Scope of Services
The Putnam County Board of County Commissioners is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide the civil work required for the new boat ramp and parking located at the intersection of Dunn’s Creek Road and Payne Road, Putnam County parcel number 36-10-26-0000-0000-0002.
Base Bid:

The Scope of Work includes all civil work required for the construction of the Dunn’s Creek Boat Ramp. The work includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a gravel parking lot, concrete walkways / sidewalks, new double concrete boat ramp, docks, aluminum gangways, floating docks, and asphalt aprons connected to existing roadway, etc. on approximately 2.88 acres.
