The work of this project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services and incidentals and of performing all work necessary to provide construction of 20 dune walkovers, including demolition of the existing dune walkovers, and all necessary appurtenances complete, in place, and ready for service in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared therefor by Four Waters Engineering, Inc. and entitled:

Each bid must contain either evidence of the Bidder’s qualifications to do business in the area where the projects are located or covenant to obtain such qualifications prior to award of Contract.
To demonstrate his qualifications to perform the Work, each bidder will be required to provide evidence as to his previous successful contractual and technical experience in similar work including references, description, and volume of present commitments, evidence of possession of, or covenant to obtain prior
to award of Contract, valid state, county, and local licenses covering all operations and all areas of political jurisdiction involved in the Work of this project and such other data as may be requested by the CITY. The apparent low Bidder may be required to provide evidence as to his financial status prior to the project being awarded by the city council.
Contractor must be able to exhibit to the City of Jacksonville Beach that he can perform a minimum of 30% of the total contract work with their own labor work force.
