Dumas Burnett Pump Station ACEDP Grant #790-09279-23
Sealed bids from licensed contractors for replacement of existing pump station and replacement of existing Peterson Street 6” and John Street 8” gravity sewer in Dumas, Arkansas, will be received until 10:30 a.m. on June 5, 2025, publicly opened and read aloud.
The scope of work consists of the replacement of existing pump station. Construction to Bidders, ACEDP grant requirements, Bid and Contract Forms, Plans, Specifications, and other contract documents may be examined and obtained at http://www.mce.us.com for a fee of $22. These documents may be downloaded by selecting this project from the “Current Bids” link, and be entering Quest Project Number 9694920 on the “Browse Projects” page. Addendums to the bid package will be issued through the online MCE Plan Holders List; therefore, all prime bidders shall be responsible for downloading the bid documents from the MCE online plan room in order to be included in the Plan Holders List and submit a bid. Bidders must enter the addenda numbers in the Proposal to verify receipt.
The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law.
