In accordance with the Public-Private Education Facilities and Infrastructure Act of 2002 (PPEA), the Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority (FCRHA) and the Fairfax County’s Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) are seeking a qualified Developer (the “Developer”) to plan, design, construct, own and operate an affordable housing community on the County-owned property known as Dulles Greene.
