Duhme Road Force Main Replacement from 53rd Avenue N to American Legions Drive (PID 005584C)

The purpose of this project is to replace approximately 3,800 linear feet of existing 20-inch diameter PCCP force main pipe with new 20-inch diameter PVC force main pipe on Duhme Road from the intersection of American Legions Drive and Duhme Road to 53 ^rd Avenue North, and all related appurtenances to complete the project.

On going program to replace all remaining concrete force mains through the County's sewer system to PVC. Other segments of the prestressed concrete pipe have failed twice in other areas, resulting in significant sanitary sewer overflows (SSOs). The County’s goal is to replace all other existing segments of prestressed concrete pipe with PVC pipe along this entire force main.
